If, during the use of a medicine, you experience symptoms that you suspect depend on the medicine, please follow the written instructions accompanying the medicine pack. The package leaflet describes the harmful side effects that the medicine may have and what should be done if one is affected.

Write your message and give your claim number, if you have got one. Attache the documents you want to send us. Click Lähetä. You'll receive an email from Turvaposti. You'll need to confirm your message by clicking the link sent to your email. Your message will be sent only after this confirmation!
